REFUNDS
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Changing your mind after work has started.
- Not liking the design after approving the concept or providing creative direction.
- Delayed responses from the client.
- Incorrect information, spelling, or details provided by the client.
- Requests to cancel after design work has begun.
REVISIONS
Minor revisions are included with your order based on your selected package. Please review your design carefully before giving final approval. Additional revisions beyond those included may be subject to an extra fee.
EXCEPTIONS
A full refund will ONLY be issued if:
- I am unable to complete your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- I determine that I cannot fulfill your request after accepting your order.
- An error or issue is caused solely by me and cannot be reasonably corrected.
